Domestic Shipping
We engage with Australia Post service for the delivery of our customer orders.
Australia post Domestic Shipping timeframes as mentioned below are a guide only and subject to change. The Beauty Museum orders are prepared and fulfilled in Sydney NSW, Australia.
Regular parcels Same state - up to 4 Business days, depending on origin and destination.
Regular parcels Interstate - up to 3 -6 Business days, depending on origin and destination
All orders placed will be subject to the standard price with packaging fee of $9.95 (includes shipping and handling and billed to you at the time that your order has been placed and itemised on your receipt of purchase once your order has been processed.
Dispatch
We are beyond excited for you to receive your order the quickest possible way, and our aim is to fulfill your orders the same day, however dispatch times may vary due to demand of our products, our usual dispatch timeframes is from 1-3 working days. You will be notified once the order has been dispatched for delivery and you may track your order with the postal reference number we provide to you.
The shipping timeframes above and subject to change and should be used as a guide only, we will endeavor to keep you up to date with any unexpected delivery delays we have been notified about.
We are not able to edit or cancel any orders once an order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We aim to expand our brand Internationally and offer you worldwide shipping of our products in the near future, we will notify you through this website and social media platforms when international orders will be made available. Stay connected and follow us online via our social media platforms ahead of any announcements we make about offering international shipping of our products.

Returns
7 Days to Return
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will happily offer a refund, credit or an exchange on full priced items (subject to availability).

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided to you.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@thebeautymuseum.com.au

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products that have been used or worn). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
